The LIT group is a strength and conditioning programme designed for BEGINNERS, or those with, or recovering from injuries. The programme is kept specific to the groups needs.
LIT is a fun and supportive small group environment, where you can enjoy exercising at a low impact level.
It is designed:
1. to bridge the missing gap between injury and full training,
2. for those starting at that beginner level who want to train with a group but are not quite ready for bootcamp classes.
