Take advantage of our FREE TRIAL WEEK. This free week is extremely important, as it gives you the chance to meet the team, ask plenty of questions and feel comfortable with our style of training.
Every session is different which means your body will be challenged in all dynamics, keeping you motivating and eliminating plateaus. Classes are generally 15 per class which enables me to get to know you, give you undivided attention, and ultimately reach your desired results. We have both indoor and outdoor training facilities, so weather is never an issue for us.
Each session is 45 minutes long and suitable for all fitness levels. You can expect boxing, pilates, cardio, bodyweight and circuit training along with high intensity interval training (HIIT).

$24 / week = 10 week programme

2 sessions per week - Tuesday & Thursday
Fergusson Park Hall
$19 / week = 15 week programme
$21 / week = 10 week programme

Bootcamp runs all year round, so you're welcome to join our team at any time.
15 and 10 week programmes start from the first week of your sing up date, and are consecutive.
