This free week is extremely important, as it gives you the chance to meet the team, ask plenty of questions and feel comfortable with our style of training.

No one workout is ever the same which means your body will be challenged in all dynamics eliminating the potential of plateau. We also have both indoor and outdoor training facilities, so weather is never an issue for us.

Classes are generally 15 per class which enables me to get to know you, give you undivided attention, and ultimately reach your desired results.

Each session is 45 minutes long and suitable for all fitness levels. You can expect boxing, pilates, bodyweight and circuit training along with high intensity interval training (HIIT). This class burns fat and revs up your metabolism resulting in a calorie burn that lasts long after your workout. Looking for a stronger body? This class is a total body workout that will tone your body. Improve your core strength, balance and lower back health.

TpT Bootcamp supports you with your nutrition and teaches you how to fuel your body for optimum results.

We have both indoor and outdoor facilities, nothing stops us from training!

Our team goes beyond bootcamp; we connect with coffee dates, Mount walks, recipe swaps, etc.

  

Sessions 

Our classes are split into two options, of two or three days training per week. This keeps our numbers low to give you the best support to achieving results and creates a truly supportive team environment.

 

Programme Options

3 sessions per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

$22 / week    =    15 week programme

$24 / week    =    10 week programme 

$26 / week    =    Casual 

sessions per week (Tuesday & Thursday)

$19 / week    =    15 week programme

$21 / week    =    10 week programme 

$23 / week    =    Casual 

 

Bootcamp runs all year round, so you're welcome to join our team at any time.

15 and 10 week programmes start from the first week of your sing up date, and are consecutive.
