Each session is 45 minutes long and suitable for all fitness levels. You can expect boxing, pilates, bodyweight and circuit training along with high intensity interval training (HIIT). This class burns fat and revs up your metabolism resulting in a calorie burn that lasts long after your workout. Looking for a stronger body? This class is a total body workout that will tone your body. Improve your core strength, balance and lower back health.

No one workout is ever the same which means your body will be challenged in all dynamics eliminating the potential of plateau. We aslo have both indoor and outdoor training facilities, so weather is never an issue for us.

Take advantage of our FREE,  no obligations, TRIAL WEEK. This free week is extremely important, as it gives you the chance to meet the team, ask plenty of questions and feel comfortable with our style of training.

TpT Bootcamp supports you with your nutrition and teaches you how to fuel your body for optimum results.

We have both indoor and outdoor facilities, nothing stops us from training!

No two sessions are ever the same.

Sessions 

Our classes are split into two options, of two or three days of training per week. This keeps our numbers low to give you the best support, personalised goal focused training, results and a truly supportive team environment.

 

Programme Options

3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

$22 / week    =    15 week programme

$24 / week    =    10 week programme 

$26 / week    =    Casual 

2 days per week (Tuesday & Thursday)

$19 / week    =    15 week programme

$21 / week    =    10 week programme 

$23 / week    =    Casual 

*We have all year round intakes. Programmes start from the first week of sing up and are consecutive.
